Personality
Fiery and downright vindictive are perhaps the two best traits to describe Musetta. She is not a girl that will easily tolerate being crossed. She will not personally target someone unless they have wronged her, but if you have, beware. Musetta is a devil with blond hair. She can say hurtful words, but most of the time she is sweet when plotting your demise. She does so with outlandish cenarios- she often will do something and blame it on another person or will quite simply pit two people against each other for her own amusement. She does a lot of bad things for her own amusement. Whenever she can create drama Musetta does so. Its like a drug for her and she can't get enough of it.
Fiery, she says what she means and whenever she wants. Her tongue has quite often gotten her in trouble as it is not a lady's place to say what they think. Musetta doesn't care. She lives by her own rules and expectations which is to make other people's lives a living hell or just as difficult as possible. This especially goes for her brother Renate. Musetta goes out of her way to do anything to irritate him. She ignores any warnings and does what she wants. To her there are no consquences to her actions and very rarely can she be smacked into reality.
Overdramatic and expressive, her temperament is much like the sea. She can be loud and vivacious one minute and then erratic and sorming the the next. Most of the time she is erratic-Musetta's behavior is not very consistent. Musetta hates anyone boring or softspoken. She is a daredevil that likes to live her life on the edge. She often does fabricate stories- that is one thing Musetta is good at, lying. She doesn't really care much for the rest of her family except her cousins that are considered the taint on the Fleurant line as well as her brother Ambroise. Ambroise is her closest companion and the one she adores most. He is her partner in crime. Musetta is also not afraid to try anything- she doesn't back down from a challenge and certainly enjoys exploring anything new in any avenue of life.
Haughty and arrogant, she possesses the superiority complex of most Fleurants and Musetta likes to think because of her family she can get away with what she wants and maybe some point her rebelliousness will catch up with her.
History
Musetta came barelling into the world on a spring day, the sixth child of Gaston and Adolie Fleurant. Like her predecessors, Musetta was born blonde, squalling and healthy. Her labor had gone seamlessly for her mother. She was the second born daughter of the family, following after Narcisse but she was certainly not the last child of her family. More followed after her and Musetta never lacked for playmates. She was rambunctious as a child.
From the instant it seemed she was old enough to walk, Musetta became attached to her brother Ambroise. She isn't sure what it was but to this day there is no one closer to her than Ambroise. The two enjoyed wreaking havoc on Enos. Once she hid and her brother told their parents she had been kidnapped by brigands that were going to ransom her. Of course she found this terribly amusing and for three days she stayed in her hiding spot while her father sent out a guard to look for her. After she was discovered while her brother had been smuggling her food, Musetta was scolded and punished heavily. Two months later she told her father Ambroise had fallen down a well. The games never stopped after that.
The truth was there was none of her siblings Musetta really clicked with, or really there were none that could keep up with her. While she was supposed to take her lessons to learn to be a lady Musetta was off inventing stories and playing games with Ambroise or wrestling the local boys in the city when it rained. She'd come home with her dress ruined and tattered and earned more of a scolding than anything else. She didn't care to learn dance, painting or anything that was proper for a woman. Musetta could hardly sit still as a child. She went everywhere and got into everything- making a mess of her art canvas, spreading the family doctor's paperwork everywhere and ruining his office or painting on the castle walls and blaming it on another one of her siblings.
Her favorite things were always watching the commoners squabble, or even the servants. Musetta would often set them against each other, creating scenarios and would conveniently break something or steal it to get them in trouble, running to her mother and creating some elaborate story. This continued and even managed to get worse as she progressed into her teen years.
Musetta always did things she was told not to- her reputation becoming worse. She only managed to get a reality check when the plague reached Ahestere and she lost two of her brothers. It became even worse w hen at fifteen her parents perished as well from the plague, leaving Musetta devastated. However their deaths only seemed to fuel her rebellious streak even more and Musetta still causes mishaps for her brother Renate's rule as Lord of Enos and Lord Fleurant. She doesn't care- she does what she wants in this world. There are no boundaries or limitations for Musetta and she likes it that way.
