Forgive the unfamiliar hand- I've asked Jocelynn to put my words to paper. I want to let you and your sisters know I am well, and so is your new brother. Tell your father. I've written a letter for him but I'm given to understand he might not quite understand the contents all at once.

Your brother is named Adron Donovan Campbell in honor of my brother, and of Lord Donovan, who was been so cordially imprisoned with me by Lord Zacharias' gracious invitation.

I hope to see you soon, when my strength's recovered and Zacharias ceases with this silliness. Remember I love you, and your sisters. Give thanks to the gods for your brother, and that this separation of our family will swiftly end. I've made my offerings as well, for that and for your safety. Be careful, darling. Solbra's never been the safest city.

Mother,

I'm glad to know the birth went well, and it is a son. I will make my offerings immediately. You must come quickly I hope the Mallorys let you return soon. Father is not well and the maesters won't tell me barely anything.

Thank Cousin Joss for writing down your words on my behalf. I was worried. Genny and Lizzie send their love. We all hope to meet Adron soon.
