LORD Milov, I pen this letter to you in these troubled times as nothing more than a man who yearns for peace. I have heard many whispers from the North of your might and your ability, whispers that speak highly of your skill but also of your allegiance to a man I know to be treacherous. It does put my mind ill at ease. It is with great hope that I wish to meet with you to discuss the future of our two nations.

If you accept my request for a peaceful discussion between us, I will happily come and meet you in Tocken at your earliest convenience.

I am sorry for the delay in response. I have been very busy with matters of my lands, and I am just returning home now.

I am not sure what you have heard, but I am willing to discuss matters with you. I have many matters to deal with, but can meet you towards the end of the 5th month, or perhaps in the 6th should that be more amenable to you. My banner, Lord Kirov, would be happy to host us in his manse in Pskov.
