Letter to Theodoric Severne - sent 3.31

To Theodoric Severne, Province Lord of Atra, Lord of Alska:

I am writing to give you a full report on the situation in Pistra. Upon our arrival to question Lord Vostrikova of his unwillingness to send men to aid in your campaign, we were met with hostility and violence. We were given no other option than to retaliate in kind. After gaining control of the castle, we put Lord Taras Vostrikova under arrest, our report pending further investigation.

We have thus found evidence that links Lord Vostrikova with Lord Isildur Nemea. I have enclosed the letters penned in his own hand of his part in Nemea's treason as well as plots of his own which do include your assassination. I urge you to take swift action, my Lord Severne. As of right now, the persons involved in the treason that I can tell are Lord Vostrikova himself and his two eldest sons. I do not believe the others were aware.

As always, I remain your humble servant, and Lord Vostrikova and his family will be under our guard until we have received orders from you instructing us where to go from here.

Once again, I commend you for your exemplary work in apprehending the criminals. Ensure that Lord Vostrikova and his two eldest sons are held securely as prisoners, guilty of treason. They shall face their executions upon my return. As for the rest of his family, place them under house arrest until you receive further word from me.
