My Dearest Rosa,

It has been so long since we last talked and yet I feel like it was only yesterday we danced together at my wedding! I miss you so! I hope you're doing well!

I have found happiness with my husband as I know we feared he and I would never work out well together! (In secret I assumed he'd hate me and my beloved canines.) Any of the juicy details must be left out of this letter as I'm far too modest of a lady to include them.

Mace has been told that his presence is requested in Zach's land, and of course I shall be tagging along. Will I be seeing you there?

I look forward to hearing from you as soon as you are able to write me back!

Yours Truly,
Cid

Beloved Cidney,

The time really does seem to have flown past all too quickly! I am doing well; although the province is dissolving into war once more, I'm at least lucky enough to say that I have my health and my family. It is all one can do these days to count one's blessings, lest the evils of the world overwhelm.

I'm so excited that your marriage is working out! If I see you in Tiga, I demand that you share with me all of the delicious details you've left out of writing for modesty's (HAH!) sake. Although I didn't know Mace well, he didn't seem to be the sort of man who would hate his wife on principle...I'm pleased to have been proven correct.

Seeing you in Tiga is one thing I am incredibly excited about, if Chris is bringing me along. All the traveling we've done lately has been lovely, of course, but I wish to see those members of the family I became closest to before everyone went to their own corner of the map. I shall bring a bottle or three of my remaining brandy from Strom, and then while the men discuss business you and I and perhaps Zach's wife Joss shall lock ourselves into a parlor and drink ourselves silly. Does that sound like a plan?

With all my love,
Rosa
