Letter penned by Theodoric but not sealed with his crest for fear that it would not reach him otherwise. It is merely sealed with green wax. Arrives the morning of May 15th in Kyla.

I apologize for having not penned this letter sooner, but it took some doing to discover your whereabouts. I write to inform you that your family and your people are safe within Atra's borders. I regret that I could not save all of Psyan's residents from the fire that spread without warning, but loss of life was kept to a minimum. Your refugees are being kept in Novra where we have erected temporary residences until you send word that it is safe for them to return.
I have no interest in keeping hostages from you. To that, I also write to tell you that your wife, Lady Lyanna Winter, is safe in Nemea with her brother, Lord Andrew Darsling, as is the rest of your family. You may come and collect her in Alska.
Let me know when I can expect you, and you shall be welcomed into our city as an honored guest.
