My Lords,
A plague has struck the city of Alska. As such we will be closing the harbor, the city, and the castle. I urge that you do the same until we know more about this disease and if it will spread. Those who you may have sent to Alska will be forced to stay until the course of the disease has run. We ask that any people from Alska in your cities be given the means to remain until they can return to their homes.
Keep us abreast of any developments in your own city. We shall do the same.
