Sorta a Tentative timelineish thing:

6/2 - Victor arrives in Trinda, Fletcher and Tandor leave Trista for Praena with 6,000 Castell men to join Fletcher’s 6,000 in Praena. Letter is sent to Lord Paige of Quiva to sent another 4,000 men to meet them. Order to hold.
6/7 - Grayson captures Henric Delamere
6/8 - Jonathon tortures Henric and finds out he is working with the Lennoudox family to bring down Trinda to keep them from helping House Castell.
6/10 - Henric is executed and Castell forces sweep the city to root out the the Lennoudox’s. Lexington Castell is put in charge of this task
6/11 - Victor Castell names Bors Delamere heir to Trinda and requires his presence at court in Trista.
6/14 - Castells leave for Trista
6/18 - Castells arrive back in Trista. Victor holds meeting to discuss the responses of Rex, Jacques, Mallory, Althalos, and the lack of information from Evelyn and Donovan.

6/18 Messenger from Tiga, sent from Lord Heydon, arrives in Gaerna and forwarded immediately to Victor Castell through raven mail.
6/21 Victor Castell receives letter from Evelyn Castell about Christopher Mallory; Victor meets with Lords, letter from Lord Heydon arrives.
6/22 Victor Castell sends Lexington Castell to Taerna to get forces and head for Gaera. Larson Castell is ordered to leave for Chrysa.
Evening through the 6/23, forces from Tiga arrive back in Gaerna, commanders report to Coel Heydon what happened
6/24 Letter from Victor Castell to Coel Heydon arrives in Gaerna
6/25 Letter from Tandor Castell arrives in Trista
6/27 Lexington Castell arrives in Taerna to collect troops
7/8 Lexington Castell arrives in Gaerna with Taerna Forces
7/14 Jean Tristan Desroisers arrives in Gaerna with Ryska Forces

[Summer]

PRAENA
7/15 assaults on smallholds, roads, supply lines begin
7/22 A very wounded raven arrives in Praena, notifying them of the Trinda seige.
7/27 Raven arrives notifying of Praena of Quiva seige

TRINDA
7/17: Sankan forces arrive and lay siege to Trinda
7/18: Trinda sends riders/ravens for help
7/22 A very wounded raven arrives in Praena, notifying them of the seige.
7/24: 2,000 more Sankans arrive to join in Trinda siege

QUIVA
7/23 Quiva comes under seige
7/25 a raven gets through from Quiva

TRISTA
7/20: raven arrives from Trinda
7/27: raven from Praena giving news from Quiva

((this is just so you know what your characters know when, as a guideline so we can get set up for August/September. Lords in Praena need to decide if they send reinforcements to Quiva or Trinda, or if they ask Trista first, or if they are totally unconcerned, etc. Quiva and Trinda lords need to set up their own raids/counters/surrenders/parleys or whatever else they will answer with.))

8/1 – March to Gaerna
8/2 – Mallory/Sterlyn forces arrive outside of Gaerna, but do not come near enough to engage in battle
8/3 – Small bands of men sent out to set fire to crops outside of city. Supply lines are cut.
8/6 – Costayne Reinforcements arrive
8/8 – Venarus Reinforcements arrive
8/9 – messenger sent to Heydon to negotiate unconditional surrender
8/9 – pending response, siege of Gaerna begins
8/10 – forces from Saefa begin their march South-Eastward
