If Larson was meant to meet directly with Christopher in Orqua, it is probably best if Victor sends a letter ahead of him, preferably before he leaves Orqua so that they can arrange another forum for discussion. Donovan would definitely be heading towards Tiga to prepare in the event that Christopher answers in the affirmative, though Donovan would not be able to move his troops through until Christopher sends word to Zach (assuming he agrees :P ).
